Pricing: no subscription — you pay only for what you use
Weyvox is free to install, and messaging and calls between Weyvox users are always free. Paid features draw from a prepaid balance you top up in the app — no subscription, no per-seat licence, no hidden fees. A month with thirty calls costs thirty calls; a quiet month costs almost nothing.
- Messages between Weyvox users
- HD calls between Weyvox users
- First 5 GB of storage
- €5 welcome credit for every new user
- €5 off your first real phone number
How billing works
- Prepaid balance. You top up in the app through the App Store (Apple); paid features draw from that balance as you use them.
- Pay per use. No subscription and no per-seat licence — you are charged only when you use a paid feature, at the rates on this page. Nothing is billed for having the app installed, or for a month in which the agent did nothing.
- Zero balance? Messaging and calls between Weyvox users keep working; paid features pause until you top up.
- Full transparency. Every charge is itemised in Settings → Balance & usage; current prices are always in Settings → Account → Tariffs.
- Refunds follow App Store rules; funds already spent on services are non-refundable.
What an answered call is made of
Nothing on this page is a bundle, so it is worth seeing which meters actually run when the agent takes one call for you. Each is priced in the tables below.
- The line itself. The call's own telephony cost, taken from the operator's record for that specific call. For calls you place, the per-minute rate by destination is in the table at the bottom of this page.
- The agent speaking — charged per minute, and only while it is actually talking, not for the whole call.
- The agent listening — speech recognition, per minute of the call.
- The agent thinking — the tokens its model reads and writes, at that model's rates. Calls always run on Claude Haiku 4.5, the fastest and cheapest of them, so this line is billed at the Haiku rates below.
- The note afterwards, if you leave AI call notes on — per minute of the call. Turn them off and this one disappears.
What this adds up to depends on how long people talk to you, so we do not quote an average — the itemised cost of every single call is in Settings → Balance & usage, and you can watch the first few before deciding anything. Calls between Weyvox users, including ones the agent answers, have no line cost at all.
AI agent
In chat, the agent runs on a Claude model you choose — its “brain”; on calls it always runs on Claude Haiku 4.5, the fastest one. Text work is billed per million tokens at the model's own rates; the voice, speech recognition and web searches it uses on calls are billed separately, below.
| Per 1M tokens, € | Claude Haiku 4.5 | Claude Sonnet 5 | Claude Opus 5 | Claude Fable 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base input | €2 | €5 | €8 | €15 |
| Cache write (5 min) | €3 | €6 | €10 | €20 |
| Cache write (1 hour) | €5 | €10 | €15 | €30 |
| Cache hits & refreshes | €1 | €2 | €3 | €6 |
| Output | €8 | €22 | €35 | €70 |
How it's billed: tokens are pieces of text (roughly 3–4 characters each). You pay for what the model reads (input) and writes (output). Cached context makes repeated reads much cheaper — you are billed exactly the same five categories our AI provider bills us.
AI call notes
A short automatic summary of a call, made from a recording. Optional — turn it off in settings at any time.
How it's billed: per minute of the recorded call — this covers turning speech into text and writing the summary.
Memory & storage
Only real media files count — photos, video, audio, files and custom wallpapers. Message text and links don't.
How it's billed: only full gigabytes above the free 5 GB are charged, once a month. Delete media at any time to free space instantly.
Real phone number
A separate number you buy in the app to call regular phones and receive calls from them. You don't need it for anything between Weyvox users.
How it's billed: the exact price is always shown before you buy. If your balance can't cover the monthly fee, the number keeps working for 30 days while the subscription is overdue, then it is blocked for another 30 days; if it's still unpaid after 60 days, the number is released.
Your own business number
Already got a business number on your cards, your storefront, your Google listing? Connect that one instead of replacing it. Nothing is bought and nothing is ported: incoming calls reach the agent because you switch on forwarding with your own carrier, and outgoing calls can show your business number as the caller ID.
How it's billed: the €5 comes off your balance once, at the moment you ask for the confirmation code — resending that code to the same number is free. Forwarding runs inside your own carrier at your own rates; within one country that is normally free, which is why the Weyvox number you forward to should be from the same country. You need an active Weyvox number to connect one, and if you disconnect and connect again later, the one-time fee applies again.
Calls to regular phone numbers
With a real phone number you can call any regular phone worldwide. Calls are billed per minute by destination and charged after the call ends, when the exact cost is known. Rates below are per minute, in EUR.
| Country | Per minute |

All prices are in EUR. The same live prices are always in the app under Settings → Account → Tariffs. See also the FAQ and the documentation.
