AI manager for small business
Marc keeps the business side: customers, orders, your price list and bookings, and the invoices, quotes and contracts — each prepared from one line in the chat with your own details and numbering. He tracks payments and who owes you. It all runs in the Weyvox app on your phone: ≈ 61 credits per document on average, with plans from €19 a month excl. VAT.

Documents from one line
Invoices, quotes, completion certificates, contracts, letters and reports as real PDFs in the chat, from your templates: your details, logo, signature, stamp and numbering.
Your own forms
Send an official blank your business has to use: he reproduces it once with your details and then fills it in for you. Presentations, spreadsheets and charts too.
He never invents real-world data: a company name, a tax number, bank details or an amount he wasn’t told, he asks for first.

Customers, orders and paperwork, from one chat
Marc keeps the customers, the orders and what is owed to you — and Cindy and Alice work from the same records.

Customers
A card for each customer: contacts, tags, a note the agents read before talking to them, their orders and calls.

Orders
An order is created when a customer actually agrees, priced from your list; stages go from New to Done, and payment is tracked separately. An order an agent created waits for your Confirm.

Payments and debts
Who owes what and for how long, what you earned and spent, the profit for any period. Send a bank statement, and he proposes which orders to mark paid — only after your yes.
Whether he acts on his own or agrees each action with you is set by his Autonomy switch:
The agent runs customers, orders and paperwork on its own: it books free time, updates orders, sends SMS confirmations and prepares invoices, completion certificates and contracts without waiting for your yes. Payments are marked only on your word.
The agent agrees every action with you: before booking a time, changing an order, texting a customer or issuing an invoice, completion certificate or contract, it shows what it is about to do and waits for your yes.
Orders in the words of your trade
Tell Marc how you work — “transfers: pickup time, destination, flight number” — and he renames the order stages and fields, adds up to three fields of your own and tells Cindy what to ask callers.
Bookings
He offers only genuinely open slots — your working hours, the orders already scheduled and the busy times of your Google Calendar or phone calendar — and can text a confirmation.

Your price list is the only source of prices
Items with a price or a from–to range, a unit and a duration. Without a matching item an agent says it will check and call back — it never invents a number.
- Switch an item off and the agents stop offering it, while past figures keep it.
- Cindy quotes from it on calls, Marc prices orders and documents from it, Alice takes offers from it for posts.

Document archive
Every document is filed by itself. Add your own contracts and supplier invoices: he reads each one once and reminds you 30, 7 and 1 day before something expires.

Figures in plain words
“How much did I earn this month compared with last month?” — he answers in the chat, and every Monday a list of debtors arrives in the system chat.

Money stays your word
A payment is marked only when you say the money arrived — never from a finished job, an invoice or a customer’s word.
Your business’s money is kept in its own currency — one of 41 — with no conversion.
From registration to your first document
- 1
Tell Leo what you need
At registration say that the paperwork or the customers take your time, and Leo suggests Marc for your team. He fills in your business profile with your real details.
- 2
Get your first document
During registration Marc prepares the document that fits your problem — a quote or an invoice, for example — at no charge.
- 3
Give him your details once
“My IBAN is…” — he saves your details, logo and numbering into the templates himself; prices come from your list.
- 4
Ask in one line
“Make an invoice for Sophie Martin for the boiler service” — the PDF appears in the chat, filed and attached to its order.
No fee per document or per customer
Marc is included in every Weyvox plan, from €19 a month excl. VAT, together with the rest of the team. The plan’s monthly credits pay only for the work done, and an agent you switch off costs nothing.
Marc’s work is charged by the amount of text the agent processes, at the token rates, and an SMS confirmation by segment.

Where they are stronger
- Invoices and quotes are free in Zoho Invoice, Henrri, Abby and Tiime.
- Abby and Tiime are certified French e-invoicing platforms, with e-invoices and e-reporting included.
- Accounting, a bank account or access for your accountant (Abby, Tiime, FreshBooks).
- Online payment links, e-signature and a client portal.
What Marc doesn’t do
- No accounting, tax returns or legal and tax advice: his documents are drafts you check and send.
- He is not a certified e-invoicing platform. In France, invoices between businesses will have to go through one: micro-enterprises must issue them that way from 1 September 2027.
- No payment links, and the reminder about an overdue invoice comes to you, not to the customer.
- He is not a sales chatbot: he doesn’t answer customers in messengers.
- A payment is marked only on your word.
Questions
Can AI create invoices?
Yes. Marc prepares an invoice from one line in the chat: prices from your price list, and your details, logo, signature and the next number of your series from your template. The PDF appears in the chat for you to check and send, filed and attached to its order.
Can Marc also make quotes and contracts?
Yes: quotes, offers, contracts, receipts and price lists, as well as completion certificates, certificates, reports and letters. What he wasn’t told — an amount, a date, bank details — he asks for first.
Is Marc a CRM?
For a small business he covers what a CRM is used for: customer cards, orders with stages, bookings into open slots and the payment status of every order. Ask “who owes me?” for the list of debtors.
Is an invoice made by AI legally valid?
That depends on your country’s rules and on what the document contains, which is why Marc prepares drafts you check and send yourself; this is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Weyvox is not a certified e-invoicing platform: where the law requires one, as France does for invoices between businesses, use it.
Will Marc act without asking me?
Only if you allow it. With Autonomy off he shows what he is about to do before booking, changing an order, texting a customer or issuing a document; with it on, he does this routine himself and reports. A payment is marked only on your word.
How much does an AI manager cost in Weyvox?
Marc is included in every plan, together with the other agents. His work is charged by the amount of text processed — there is no fee per document — from the plan’s monthly credits and then from your balance. The prices are in the Price section of this page.
Does Marc replace my accountant?
No. Marc takes over the daily paperwork — quotes, invoices, orders and debts. An accountant keeps the books and the taxes, and a certified platform sends e-invoices where the law requires it.
Marc works best with the rest of the team
Each agent is a full product on its own. Together they share one business profile, one price list and one list of customers — and pass work to each other.
At registration Leo asks what brought you to Weyvox and suggests only the agents your problem needs. You choose the team yourself, and any agent can be switched on later in Settings. How registration works
