Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weyvox application and related services. By creating an account or using Weyvox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Weyvox is an iPhone app that includes a personal AI voice agent, calls between users, calls to real phone numbers, and messaging.

1. Publisher (legal notice)

Publisher: Petro Solianyk, individual entrepreneur (auto-entrepreneur / micro-entreprise) registered in France.

SIREN: 101 887 248

Contact: [email protected]

Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. The app is distributed via Apple's App Store.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter into a binding contract. By using Weyvox you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The service

Weyvox provides: a personal AI agent that can place and answer phone calls and complete tasks on your behalf; free high-definition calls between Weyvox users; the ability to obtain a real phone number and call regular phone numbers; messaging; and automatic AI call notes. Features may evolve, be added, or be removed over time.

4. Your account

You register with your phone number and are responsible for your account and for activity that takes place through it. Keep your device and account secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.

5. The AI agent

The AI agent is an automated system. When it calls on your behalf, it identifies itself as an AI assistant. You are responsible for the tasks you instruct it to perform and for the consequences of those tasks. The agent may make mistakes or misunderstand instructions; you should verify anything important (for example a booking, a payment commitment, or a deadline). Do not use the agent to deceive, harass, defraud, or to place calls that are unlawful where you or the recipient are located.

6. Calls, phone numbers and acceptable use

You agree to use Weyvox lawfully and not to:

  • make unsolicited bulk, automated, or nuisance calls or messages (spam), or violate telemarketing or "do-not-call" rules;
  • harass, threaten, defraud, or infringe the rights of others;
  • use the service for any illegal purpose or in breach of applicable telecommunications law;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Real phone numbers are provided subject to availability and to the terms and identity-verification (KYC) requirements of our telephony partner and the relevant carriers. A number may be reclaimed if it remains unused or unpaid, or as required by a carrier or regulator.

Emergency calls. Weyvox is an internet-based application and is not a replacement for your mobile carrier or a landline. It may not be able to place calls to emergency services (such as 112, 15, 17, 18, or 911), and it may not transmit your location to them. Always keep another means of contacting emergency services available.

7. Call recording

When you enable AI notes, a call may be recorded and transcribed to produce a summary. Recording calls is regulated in many places. You are responsible for ensuring you have any consent or right required to record a given call. Where notes are enabled on a call to a phone number, Weyvox plays an audible notice to the other party.

8. Pricing, balance and payments

The app is free to download, and calls between Weyvox users are free. Calls to real phone numbers and use of the AI agent are charged from a prepaid balance that you top up inside the app. Charges reflect real usage (for example telephony minutes and AI processing) and current rates shown in the app.

Top-ups are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple acts as the merchant of record for these purchases: your payment is processed by Apple under Apple's terms, and we do not receive your payment-card details. Your prepaid balance is used to pay for the services you consume and is not exchangeable for cash.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because Weyvox provides digital services on demand, by starting to use paid services (for example by making a chargeable call or having the agent act) you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part of the service already supplied. Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple's refund policy; refund requests for those purchases are handled by Apple. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights under French and EU consumer law.

10. Availability, changes and suspension

We aim to keep Weyvox available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; the service may depend on third parties (carriers, Apple, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Weyvox and delete your account at any time in the app.

11. Intellectual property

Weyvox, its software, design, and content are owned by the publisher or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the content you create and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (for example to transmit and store your messages and to run the AI agent for you).

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. We are not responsible for third-party networks or for the outcome of tasks you instruct the AI agent to perform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where that would be unlawful under French law — in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your mandatory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage arising directly from our failure to meet these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence in the EU, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

Amicable resolution and mediation. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve any issue. As a consumer, you may also use a consumer mediator and the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, provide notice in the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
