What’s new in Weyvox

Changes to Weyvox that you notice in the app — features, prices and rules — newest first, with the day each one went live. Each entry links to the page that describes how it works now.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Prices are in credits: 1 credit = €0.01 excluding VAT (how credits work). Most changes work on our servers and reach every phone at once. Where a change also needs an app update that has so far reached only Android, the entry says so.

October 2026

7 October 2026 — Publish, then follow, change or cancel your posts. Every post Alice sends you for approval arrives in the chat as a card with Publish and Edit. After Publish the post moves to Alice’s Scheduled posts screen with its state: preparing, scheduled, publishing or published. Until it goes out, you can change or cancel it there, or ask Alice to. A designed post costs 30 credits, charged when you tap Publish. In the Android app now; on iPhone with the next app update. How publishing works

7 October 2026 — Reel editing priced by length; a reel with a defect needs your OK. Alice’s reel editing costs 10 credits for each started half-minute of the finished video (90 seconds — 30 credits), and the full-quality preview you approve becomes the final video, without rendering again. If the automatic quality check finds a defect, the reel goes out only after you tap Publish anyway; for now that button is only in the Android app. Video editing in the documentation

6 October 2026 — Google Calendar for every account, busy times only. Any account can now connect Google Calendar on Leo’s page → Calendar. Weyvox reads only the busy times of the calendar you choose, never event titles. Orders the AI agents book go into a separate “Weyvox” calendar in your Google account and are removed from it when the order is cancelled. Booking and your calendar

5 October 2026 — Web searches cost 5 credits; new rates for the agents’ work. Each web search an AI agent makes now costs 5 credits, and what it finds is charged as the agent’s text. The same day, the rates for the agents’ work in the chat became 500 credits per million input tokens and 2,500 credits per million output tokens. Prices per unit

5 October 2026 — Directors and managers can register a business. A business can be registered by its owner, by someone who is starting one, or by a director or manager who leads people in it; Leo asks your position. If you work in a business and lead no one, Leo asks you to pass Weyvox on to your manager: they register the business and add you to the team, and you sign in with the access code they give you (I’m a team member — sign in with a code). Getting started

4 October 2026 — Registration builds your real business profile. During registration Leo asks whether your business already operates or you are just starting it, and fills in your business profile with your real details, which stay after registration; if you are just starting, he asks fewer questions. When you then meet Cindy, Marc and Alice, nothing is required: each can show real work for your business — a test call to your phone, a document you choose, or a photo, a short clip or a reel — and you can skip any of it. Getting started

2 October 2026 — The social media plan is agreed by card. Alice agrees your social media plan with you in the chat and sends the final version as a plan card: only your Approve saves the plan and turns it on, and she then builds the content calendar from it. A change comes as a new plan card and deleting the plan as a Delete plan card: Alice never saves, changes or deletes the plan herself. In the Android app now; on iPhone with the next app update. The social media plan

2 October 2026 — Team member rights follow their role. On a team member’s card you describe their role and switch on what it needs: all orders, the whole customer base, business documents, Results, editing the price list and business profile, Sees prices or Marks payments; you can also set an optional monthly spending limit in credits. The Let Leo pick the rights button suggests the rights from the role, and later Leo proposes changes as a card that takes effect only when you tap Apply. In the Android app now; on iPhone with the next app update. Team

1 October 2026 — Your business’s currency: 41 to choose from. Your price list, orders, invoices and other documents are kept in your business’s own currency, one of 41, and nothing is converted between currencies; a new business starts with the currency of your phone number’s country. To change it, tell Leo in the chat, or pick it in Business profile → Payment in the Android app; on iPhone the full list comes with the next app update, and until then Leo changes the currency for you. September 2026

29 September 2026 — Cindy helps when a document for a number is declined. When a document for a number you are buying is declined, Cindy writes to you in her chat. She offers to check the document before you submit it again and drafts a comment in English for the review team, which she sends only after your yes. Buying a number

29 September 2026 — Prices in credits: 1 credit = €0.01. Weyvox shows its prices in credits, where 1 credit = €0.01 excluding VAT: the AI agents’ work, plan credits, top-up packs and per-unit rates. Only the plan price itself (€19, €89 or €199 excluding VAT) stays in euros. Credits pay only for Weyvox’s services and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. The Android app already shows credits; the iPhone app will with its next update. How credits work

23 September 2026 — Goals for the AI team. You can give the team a goal, such as fewer missed calls or collecting what customers owe, agreed with Leo in the chat. Each goal has a target (a metric Weyvox measures, or a clear result), a deadline, the allowed actions, a cost estimate and a spending limit, and nothing starts until you tap Accept the goal. Leo splits the goal into steps for his colleagues, checks each step and reports every week. Goals come with the Business plan (5 a month) and the Professional plan (no limit). Goals

22 September 2026 — Cindy talks at the pace of a live conversation. On calls, Cindy now talks at the pace of a live conversation: she hears tone of voice, stops and listens when she is interrupted, and speaks over 40 languages. How a live call runs
