Your number

Block or unblock your phone number

This page is for people who are not Weyvox users. If a business that uses Weyvox has your number and you do not want to be contacted through Weyvox, with no calls and no SMS, block your number here. The block takes effect at once, after you confirm by SMS or phone call that the number is yours. You can lift it on this page at any time.

Last updated: 24 September 2026

What blocking does: the number cannot register a Weyvox account. Calls to and from it through Weyvox are refused, including calls placed by AI agents. No AI agent can send it an SMS. It is removed from the copies of contacts that Weyvox users have allowed the app to use, and kept out of future copies.

The «+» is already in place. Enter the country code and number, digits only, for example +33639981234.

We record your name and date of birth only to show who asked for this block or its removal. They do not change how the block works. More below, under “About your data”.

About your data

Who is responsible: Petro Solianyk, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Weyvox, 79 avenue Saint-Augustin, 06200 Nice, France. Contact: support@weyvox.com.

What we collect and why:

  • Your phone number, to carry out the block.
  • Your first name, last name and date of birth, only to record who asked for the block or its removal. This matters if the number passes to a new holder or a request is disputed. They do not change how the block works.
  • The time of the block or its removal, and confirmation that you received the code.
  • A security log of each request: the number, a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, your browser type and the result. It protects the form against abuse.

Legal basis: carrying out your objection to the use of your number (Art. 21 and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Recording the requester’s details and the security log rely on our legitimate interest in showing that a request was genuinely made and in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long:

  • An active block is kept for as long as it is in force.
  • After you lift it, the entry is deleted 12 months later.
  • An unfinished request is deleted within 24 hours.
  • The security log is kept for as long as it is needed to show that a request was made.

Who receives it: our telephone operator, only to deliver the code by SMS or phone call. Weyvox users are not told who blocked a number.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its use, at support@weyvox.com. Erasing the entry also lifts the block. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
