AI marketing for small business: an AI team that markets toward your numbers

AI marketing for a small business is more than writing posts: someone has to publish them every week, answer the people they bring in and check whether customers and orders actually grew. In Weyvox that is a team of four AI agents in one app. Alice, the marketing agent, makes and publishes the posts, pictures and videos; Cindy answers the calls a post brings and books them; Marc keeps the customers, orders and price list everything is built on; and Leo, the team lead, can run a goal measured in your own figures — new customers, repeat orders or revenue — with a spending limit you set.

What AI marketing for a small business really covers

In a small business there is rarely a marketing department. The owner fits it in between jobs, and four things tend to slip: posting regularly, making pictures and video, picking up the enquiries that posts bring, and knowing whether any of it worked. An AI marketing tool that only writes text helps with the first step. An AI marketing agent that works inside your business app can take on more of the chain:

Part of marketingWho does it in Weyvox
Posts, pictures, video and comment replies on eight networksAlice, the marketing agent
Business facts every post is built on: prices, offers, hours, customersMarc, the business agent
The calls a post brings: answering, quoting, bookingCindy, the telephony agent
A goal with a number and a deadline, a weekly review, a spending limitLeo, the team lead
The figures: revenue, new customers, orders from calls, posts publishedThe Results tab, and Marc in words

You write in one chat, and whoever is responsible picks up the task. What each agent does on its own and what only after your yes is your choice.

Posts, pictures and video: the AI marketing assistant part

Alice runs Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest and Bluesky. She writes a separate version of each post for every network, publishes it at once or schedules it up to 30 days ahead, and makes the pictures, short AI clips, voice-overs and music herself — or edits reels of up to 90 seconds from your own photos and videos.

  • A steady rhythm. On Social media plan you write what to post about, the tone, what to promote and what to avoid, and set Posts per week from 1 to 21. With the plan active and her Autonomy on, she keeps the coming week scheduled once a day.
  • Comments. With Access to comments on, she answers comments under her posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads and Bluesky, checking every two hours; each reply is signed as the AI agent of your business.
  • Ideas from trends. Every day Weyvox picks short YouTube videos in your business's category that are gaining views fastest; Analyze explains why one works, Create similar makes your own version from your material.

The details are in three guides: the AI social media manager (networks, autopilot, comments), the AI Instagram post generator and the AI video maker for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Built on your real business, not on invented copy

Generic AI marketing writes about a business it does not know. Here the facts come from the records the whole team shares:

  • Business profile. What you do, who your customers are, the area you serve, hours, payment methods, terms and answers to frequent questions. Marc fills it in as you talk or from your website — saving what was said or what the site states, never an invented fact.
  • Price list. The only source of prices. Alice puts prices and offers into posts from it, and Cindy quotes from it on the phone, so a price changed once is right everywhere.
  • Your own photos and videos. Sent in the chat or kept in Materials for the agent. Switch off Photo generation and Video generation on Agent capabilities, and Alice works only with your own material.
  • No fakes. No made-up offers, reviews, testimonials or customers, no famous people; your product, dish and place are shown as they are.

A marketing goal with a number: what an AI marketing agent works toward

Posts published are activity, not a result. In Weyvox a goal is measured in your business's figures, and the agents' own activity is never the metric. You tell Leo in the chat what you want — “15 new customers by the end of November”, “more repeat orders this autumn” — and he comes back with a New goal card:

  • What counts as done — a metric from a fixed list with a target: new customers, repeat orders, orders, revenue, average cheque, the share of agent calls that became an order, missed calls or money owed to you. Each is measured by Weyvox over the last 30 days.
  • A deadline and the allowed actions — only what you agree to: social media posts, images, videos, voice-overs, music, calls to customers, SMS, documents, research.
  • An estimate calculated by Weyvox's servers from the current prices and from what similar work has cost on your account, and a spending limit — the most the goal may spend.

Nothing starts until you tap Accept the goal. Then Leo splits the goal into steps — posts to Alice, calls to Cindy, documents to Marc — checks each finished step, and right away and then once a week takes a fresh measurement, plans the next steps and reports to you in the chat. Before each step the spending is checked against the limit: when it runs out, the goal pauses until you raise the limit. You can pause, resume or cancel at any time; a goal does not renew itself. Goals are part of the Business plan (5 goals a calendar month) and Professional (no limit); on Start you have Alice and the rest of the team, but not goals. How goals work across the whole team: AI employees for a small business.

The calls a post brings: answered, quoted and booked

A good post makes the phone ring — often while you are busy. A missed enquiry is marketing paid for and lost (see what a missed call costs). With a business number in Weyvox, Cindy answers when you can't:

  • She greets callers with your business name and introduces herself as an AI agent.
  • She quotes prices only from your price list and offers only times when you are actually free.
  • When the caller agrees to buy or book, she records the customer and the order before saying goodbye; with the caller's yes, she texts them what was agreed.
  • An order an agent created is marked Not confirmed until you check it and tap Confirm.

That closes the loop: the post Alice published brings a call, Cindy turns it into an order, and the order counts toward a goal such as “orders” or “new customers”. More: can AI answer my business calls?

Customers who come back: repeat orders without spam

For most small businesses the cheapest customer is the one who has already bought. Marc keeps a card for every customer — contacts, tags, their orders and calls, and a note the agents read before talking to that customer — so the team knows who bought what and when.

  • Calls for you. Ask Cindy to call a customer — “call Anna and tell her the winter tyres are in” — and she calls, says she is an AI agent and leaves a note. With her Autonomy off, she first shows a card with the number and the purpose.
  • SMS with facts. A message goes out when you ask for it — “text Anna that the car is ready”. It opens with your business name, carries facts only and is written in the customer's language.
  • A goal for repeat orders. Repeat orders is one of the goal metrics, and calls to customers and SMS are among the actions you can allow.

The rules on contacting people apply to AI as well: you need a lawful ground to contact each person, a goal must not be used for mass unsolicited calls, SMS or comments, and in France sales calls to consumers need their prior consent since 11 August 2026. What marketing brought: the figures in one place

  • Results. For today, a week, a month or any dates: revenue compared with the previous period and what customers owe; “What the team did” — calls and orders from calls for Cindy, orders, new customers and invoices for Marc, posts published for Alice; “Needs your attention” — including missed calls nobody replied to and posts that failed.
  • Post statistics. Views, reach, likes, comments, shares and saves per network for each post; followers and engagement for each account. The figures come from the networks and can arrive late or incomplete.
  • In words. Ask Marc “how much did I earn this month compared with last month?”, and every Monday, while Cindy is at work, a report of the past week arrives in the system chat: calls, how many the agent handled, orders and payments.
  • On a goal's page — the metric (was, now, target), the money spent against the limit and every step with Leo's verdict.

AI marketing for a small business: examples

  • A hair salon wants new customers. On the Business plan the owner tells Leo: “15 new customers by the end of November; posts and pictures only, up to 1,500 credits.” The New goal card shows the metric, the deadline, the allowed actions and the estimate; she taps Accept the goal. Leo gives Alice three posts a week from the salon's own photos, and every week reports the new-customer count against the target.
  • A seasonal offer that rings the phone. A florist asks Alice for a carousel of autumn bouquets with prices from the list, for Instagram and Facebook. The calls come in during deliveries; Cindy answers, quotes from the price list, books a delivery slot and, with the customer's yes, texts them the time. The owner confirms the orders in the evening.
  • Regulars before winter. A garage owner asks Cindy to call the customers whose cards note that they asked to be reminded about tyre changes, and to book them into free slots. Each call ends with a note in the chat.
  • The monthly check. The owner opens Results for the month and asks Marc how revenue compares with last month — then changes the Social media plan for the offers that brought the most orders.

The best AI marketing tool for a small business? The options compared

The usual ways a small business does its marketing, compared honestly by category — the details differ from one provider to the next. A good question for any option: which part of the chain from post to paid order does it actually take off your hands?

OptionStrong sideWeak side
Doing it yourselfYour own voice, full controlHours every week; marketing stops in busy weeks; calls are missed while you work
A freelancer or an agencyHuman judgement; can run ads and campaignsUsually the most expensive; briefs and approvals; your prices, news and photos still have to reach them
Separate marketing tools (schedulers, design, AI writing)Each does its own job wellYou connect them and carry the facts between them; the calls and orders a post brings are outside them
Weyvox — an AI teamPosts, media and comments on eight networks; calls answered and booked; customers and orders in the same app; goals measured in your figures with a spending limitNo ads or direct messages; goals need the Business or Professional plan; you stay responsible for what is published and whom you contact

These are not either-or: an agency can keep running your ads while the AI team keeps the everyday posts, calls and follow-ups going.

What AI marketing costs a small business

Weyvox prices are in credits: 1 credit = €0.01 excl. VAT. Every plan has all four agents and adds credits each month: Start — €19 a month excl. VAT with 2,500 credits; Business — €89 with 11,000 and goals; Professional — €199 with 25,000 and goals without limit. Work is paid from the plan credits first, then from your balance; a goal's spending comes from the same credits.

For planning, the cost simulator on the pricing page counts an average post — mostly photos, one video in five posts — at about 82 credits, and an average call of about two minutes at about 38 credits:

  • Start, without goals: 12 posts a month + 30 calls answered = 12 × 82 + 30 × 38 = 984 + 1,140 = 2,124 credits of the plan's 2,500.
  • Business, with a goal: the same posts and calls plus a goal with a 1,500-credit spending limit = at most about 984 + 1,140 + 1,500 = 3,624 credits of 11,000 — leaving room for Marc's documents and Leo's work.

These are averages, so treat them as an estimate. A real call is charged by the minute — about 23 credits a minute for Cindy plus the line for the country — and media have their own prices: 10 credits to prepare a photo post, 15 to 50 credits per picture, 30 or 45 credits per second of AI video. You pay only for a finished result, and before anything costly the agent names the price. Every unit price is on the pricing page.

What the team will not do

  • Run ads or write direct messages. Alice does not run ads, send direct messages, follow accounts, edit profiles or analyse competitors' accounts.
  • Promise results. Nobody can guarantee followers, calls or sales, and Weyvox does not. A goal is worked toward; whether it is reached depends on people and the market.
  • Hide that it is an AI. Cindy introduces herself as an AI agent on every call, Alice's comment replies are signed as your business's AI agent, and AI-made media carry AI marking.
  • Fake anything. No invented offers, customers, reviews or testimonials.
  • Cold-call a list. Every contact needs a lawful ground, and blocked numbers get no calls or SMS from any agent.
  • Decide for you. A goal starts only when you accept its card, orders created by agents wait for your confirmation, and what goes out on your accounts counts as yours.
  • Work without credits. When the plan credits and your balance are both used up, paid work stops until you top up.

Every screen of the four agents is described in the documentation.

Questions people ask

What is AI marketing for a small business?

Using AI agents for the everyday marketing work an owner rarely has time for: writing and publishing posts, making pictures and video, answering comments, picking up the calls posts bring and following the figures. In Weyvox it is shared by a team of four AI agents: Alice makes and publishes the content, Cindy answers the calls, Marc keeps the customers and price list, and Leo can run a goal measured in your figures.

What is an AI marketing agent?

An AI that does marketing work in your business, not just in a conversation. Alice, the marketing agent of Weyvox, publishes to the eight networks you connect, replies to comments under her posts and makes photos, videos, voice-overs and music, using your business profile, price list and your own material. Whether she asks before every post or publishes on her own is set by her Autonomy switch.

Can AI bring my business new customers?

It can do the work that brings them, but nobody can guarantee the result, and Weyvox does not. On the Business or Professional plan you can give Leo a goal such as “15 new customers by the end of November”: Weyvox measures new customers over the last 30 days, Leo plans the steps for Alice and Cindy within the actions and spending limit you accepted, and reports every week.

What is the best AI marketing tool for a small business?

The one that takes the most of the chain off your hands, from post to paid order. Check whether it uses your real prices and photos, publishes by itself or only drafts, answers the calls and comments a post brings, lets you approve before it acts, and shows results in figures you care about — with prices you can see in advance.

Can an AI marketing agent replace a marketer?

For the everyday work — regular posts, pictures, short videos, comment replies and picking up enquiries — often yes; for ads, campaigns and brand strategy, a person still helps. Alice does not run ads or send direct messages, and you stay responsible for what is published on your accounts.

Will the AI publish or call customers without my approval?

Only if you allow it. With Alice's Autonomy off she shows every post first and publishes after your yes; with Cindy's Autonomy off she shows a card with the number and the purpose before a call. A goal starts only when you tap Accept the goal, and only the actions on its card are allowed.

How much does AI marketing cost for a small business?

Weyvox prices are in credits, 1 credit = €0.01 excl. VAT. Start is €19 a month excl. VAT with 2,500 credits; Business, which adds goals, is €89 with 11,000. The cost simulator on the pricing page counts an average post at about 82 credits and an average call at about 38 credits, so 12 posts and 30 calls a month come to about 2,124 credits.

Does the AI send marketing SMS or call people who never asked?

No mass messaging. An SMS from Weyvox opens with your business name and carries facts only, a goal must not be used for mass unsolicited calls, SMS or comments, and every contact needs a lawful ground — in France, sales calls to consumers need their prior consent. Anyone can block the agents from their number at weyvox.com/optout.

See the team market your business

The quickest way to judge it is the introduction right after you sign up: tell Leo what your business does, and Alice makes a photo for a post, Cindy calls you for a test call and Marc prepares a document — before you choose a plan. Weyvox is available for iPhone and Android.
