Sign-in: two ways in
The first screen reads Your business's AI team and offers two doors.
- Sign up or log in — for the business owner (the administrator). You enter your number and the verification code sent by SMS; if the SMS does not arrive, Call me delivers the code by a phone call. A new number continues to registration; a known number signs in — and if the account has a PIN, a new phone asks for it too.
- I’m a team member — sign in with a code — for a team member. The Team member code screen asks for the 8-character access code the administrator gave them and the signature under Your data and AI (the row opens the agreement; the checkmark appears once they sign). No phone number, no SMS, no registration.
An account works on one phone at a time. If it is already active on another phone, the app asks whether to Continue here; continuing ends the session on the other phone. A number that was blocked at weyvox.com/optout cannot be used to sign in until the block is lifted.
Registration: six stages
A new administrator goes through six stages. A bar of six segments under the header shows where you are, Back keeps everything you entered, and closing the app brings you back to the same stage.
- Data protection — right after the verification code: how your data is protected, point by point, with the links How we protect your data and our entry in the French state business register. Continue appears when the page has finished showing; a tap on the page shows everything at once.
- Registration — first name, last name, date of birth (you must be 18 or over), Gender (male, female or Prefer not to say; one of them is required), an optional photo and the row Your data and AI: it opens the agreement over the form, and the checkmark appears once you sign it with Confirm and sign (active after you scroll to the end) Back returns to the data protection page.
- Meet Leo — a chat with Leo. He first asks what your business does, or the one you are starting, and your position in it (without a business or a plan to start one, or in a sector Weyvox does not serve, registration cannot be completed; someone who works in a business and leads no one is asked to pass Weyvox on to their manager, who adds them to the team); then he asks whether your business already operates or you are just starting it and fills in your business profile with your real details (they stay), then asks what brought you, describes each agent and asks which you need; with that message comes the team form — a row per agent with a checkmark (the caption says any agent can be switched on or off at any time in Settings) — and Continue (no agent ticked → straight to Choosing a plan).
- Meet the agents — cards of the agents you chose at the top (swipe or tap to switch) over a chat with the active agent. Each can show their work, and none of it is required: Cindy offers a free test call (up to two calls of up to 6.5 minutes each) to your phone to tell you how she will work for you (only during registration); Marc makes a document you choose; Alice makes a photo, a clip or a reel. A button under the chat leads to the next agent; Continue appears once each of them has let you go on.
- Choosing a plan — one page in four blocks joined by arrows: Your problem (what you told Leo); How will Weyvox solve it? — Leo and the agents he advises, each with what they will do and a checkmark, and under You can add the others; How much will it cost? — a slider for each chosen agent with the price of one result (Alice's row also has the Posts with video switch, from Business), Team members with − and + and Total per month; Which plan should you choose? — the three plans for that month, the tax note and Leo's advice on the plan. Buy subscription at the end of the page opens the next stage.
- Subscription — three minimal plan cards (Start, Business, Professional) with your team's agents as avatars next to the plan name; the plan matched on the previous page opens first, framed and marked Matched to your month; swipe, the dots or a tap on the next card switch between them. Each card shows the amount the store will charge, with (price includes VAT) under it where the store's price includes VAT, and has its own Choose this plan button. Under the cards: the subscription terms with links to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and the restore purchases link. If a subscription for your number is already active — for example, paid on weyvox.com before you registered — the step shows your plan and Finish registration.
The introduction chats stay in your chat history.
The tab bar
The administrator has up to four tabs:
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Calls | Your business line and every conversation with customers. The tab is there while Cindy is at work; switch Cindy off and it disappears. |
| Results | Money, what needs your attention, what the team did and what the AI team cost, for a day, a week, a month or any dates. |
| Weyvox | The hub of chats with all four agents. The app opens here. |
| Settings | The agents' pages, your account, team, money and subscription. |
Badges: Calls counts unread customer conversations; Weyvox counts new replies from the agents plus unread messages in the system chat; Settings shows “!” when a phone-number application needs your action.
Weyvox tab — chats with the agents
The tab opens on a new chat: a greeting (Hi …, over to you), a row of agent avatars for @-mentions and the message field.
- Writing. Text, photos, videos, files, the camera, a location and voice messages (hold to record). Up to 20 attachments go in one message.
- @-mentions. Tapping an avatar inserts @Name; you can also type it. Without a name, the agent you are already talking to carries on, and a new request goes to the agent it belongs to — or to Leo.
- In the conversation. Every reply is signed with the agent's avatar and name; “Name is typing…” shows who is working; a hand-off appears as a line such as “Leo → Marc”. While an agent works you see what it is doing — for example Searching the web, Creating a PDF, Publishing to social media, Calling.
- Cards in the chat. A call card with its live state and the agent's note afterwards; a call confirmation card with the number, when Cindy asks before calling; a New goal card with Accept the goal; a card with Keep it on and Switch on just for this task when the work belongs to a switched-off agent (one tap and the agent starts on it; switched on just for the task, it switches itself off once you confirm it is done); a post card — the post as it will look on its networks, with Publish and Edit (tapping it opens the post full screen, with a network switch when it goes to several; after Publish the card shows the post's state — preparing, scheduled, publishing, published — and a cancelled post shows Cancelled); a plan card — the social media plan Alice proposes, with Approve and Edit, or a Delete plan card when you ask her to delete the plan; buttons that open the right screen of the app; file cards for documents, spreadsheets and presentations; photos, videos, and audio with a waveform and a download button. Button labels always fit on one line: when two buttons don't fit side by side, they stand one under the other.
- Chat history (button in the header) — a drawer with every chat, filtered by All or by the agent who answered last. A chat can be pinned to the top (Pin) or deleted (Delete chat).
- System chat (button on the right of the header, with a badge) — messages from Weyvox itself: phone-number applications, publication results, reminders and other notices. It is a feed, not a conversation.
Calls tab — the business line
At the top, a card with your number, labelled Business line (or Temporary number while the main one is under review), and the state of the line under it: Agent answers after N s, Agent answers immediately or Agent does not answer calls. In the same card: the Agent auto-answer switch and the Balance row. With no number yet, the card offers Connect a line: first you buy a Weyvox number, and your own business number can then be forwarded to it.
Below it is the list of conversations with customers, one per phone number. Inside a conversation:
- call bubbles — direction, duration, missed calls, and the agent's note inside every call an agent handled;
- SMS cards — every message the agents sent to that number, with its status (sent, not delivered, not sent and why);
- Ask Leo in this chat — ask about this conversation only (“what did we agree on Thursday?”).
Results tab
- Period — Today, Week or Month, or any dates from the calendar button.
- Money — revenue for the period with the change against the previous period, Billed, and Unpaid: everything customers owe right now, across all orders. Tapping Unpaid opens the unpaid orders.
- Needs your attention — overdue invoices, missed calls without a reply, posts that failed to publish, tasks waiting for your reply. Each row opens the place to act.
- What the team did — one line per agent (for example “8 orders · 5 new customers · 3 invoices for 900 €” for Marc). Tap an agent for the full figures of the period.
- AI team for the period — what the agents' work cost; tap to open Balance & usage.
A new account with no data sees Your AI team’s results will appear here and a Message Leo button.
Agent pages
Each agent has a page: open it from the team card at the top of Settings. Every page has the same frame:
- the agent's portrait and a short description;
- Agent at work — switches the agent on or off (not on Leo's page: Leo cannot be switched off);
- Autonomy — with a caption that says what the switch changes for this agent (see You're in control); on Start the switch is off, with a lock, and the caption says Autonomy comes with the Business and Professional plans;
- Agent tools — the agent's screens, listed below;
- a button at the bottom: Write to the agent (opens the Weyvox tab with @Name in the field) or, for a switched-off agent, Switch on. A switched-off agent's tools are hidden until it is switched on.
Leo — AI coordinator
- Business profile — basics (business name, legal name, what you do, business description, your customers, service area), contacts, working hours, terms (currency, payment methods, prepayment and cancellation, delivery) and Customer FAQ — answers the agents give word for word. A completeness indicator lists what to add; Edit profile with Leo opens a new chat with Leo to change it in words.
- Calendar — a month grid marking the days that carry work, and the chosen day entry by entry: orders and the busy hours read from your connected calendars. Google Calendar (connect, choose which calendar the busy times come from, sync now, disconnect; bookings go to a separate “Weyvox” calendar) and Phone calendar (every calendar on the phone, one permission). Only busy times are stored, never event titles.
- External integrations — the services Leo works with. Mail is one block: what you can connect (Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo or any other mail, up to 5 mailboxes), your connected mailboxes — each with its address and service, or Reconnect when it stops accepting the password — and Add mailbox at the bottom. Tap a mailbox to open its settings: Agent access — Read emails, Write new emails, Reply to emails (switches), Reconnect when needed and Disconnect mailbox. Add mailbox — step by step: the address, then only the steps for that mail (Gmail: 2-Step Verification and an app password; iCloud and Yahoo: an app password; other mail: its password, and the IMAP and SMTP servers if Weyvox cannot find them) and Connect. Emails Leo proposes to send come in the chat as a Send / Change card that shows which mailbox they go from.
- Goals — your goals with their progress and spending, how many are left this month, One-off tasks, which opens Agent tasks (background tasks outside goals), and at the bottom TOKEN USAGE SETTINGS — the ceiling for background work: 200K, 500K (recommended), 1M tokens or No token limit; for a task, the limit is split across its steps, and tokens are charged in credits at the token rates on Pricing. Set a new goal for the agents takes you to the chat, where the goal is agreed with Leo. A goal's page shows the deadline, the metric (was, now, target), the credits spent against the limit with buttons to raise it by 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000 credits, the steps with Leo's verdict on each, the agreed plan, and Pause / Resume / Cancel goal. On the Start plan the screen shows Goals come with the Business plan; background tasks work on every plan.
- What the agent knows about me — the agents' memory about you, by category: About me, Preferences, Travel, Documents, Friends, Contacts, Reminders. Tap an entry to edit it; Delete some records or Delete entire category.
- Agent conversation style — what the agents learned about how you write: form of address, reply length, formatting, words and terms, tone. It is learned from your messages; to change it, tell the agent in the chat. Reset style starts over.
Cindy — AI receptionist
- Keypad — the dial pad; calls go out from your business line.
- Contacts — the phone's address book, to call someone by name.
- Call history — opens the Calls tab.
- Agent voice — LISTENING LANGUAGE (the agents' languages, with flags) and VOICES: the female call voices, each with its native language under the name, a play button for a sample in the chosen language and a tick on yours; tap a voice to choose it — from the next call, and each person in the account has their own.
- Agent auto-answer — the switch and TIME BEFORE ANSWERING: Immediately, 10, 20 (recommended), 30 or 40 seconds, each with an explanation.
- Phone number — the Weyvox numbers you bought in the app: status, monthly fee, next payment, Order tracking for a number under review, delete a number; and the Business numbers screen, which lists these Weyvox numbers with the team member who holds each one, with Hand over to a team member / Take back. Your own number from another carrier is connected separately, below.
- Buy a phone number — the purchase: how it works → country and number (several numbers of one country can be picked at once) → documents where the country requires them → payment, with the option of a temporary number → done. The application is then followed on the tracking page; if the operator sends a document back, “!” appears on Settings and only that document is resubmitted.
- Connect a business number — connect the number your customers already know: enter it (the app checks country, line type and carrier) → choose Incoming only, Outgoing only or Incoming and outgoing → enter the code sent to that number → forwarding instructions. Afterwards the page shows the Call from business number switch, checks for both directions, the instructions and Disconnect business number.
Marc — AI manager
- Customers — a searchable list; each card holds contacts, tags, a note the agents read before a call, orders and call history.
- Customer orders — orders by date with a mini calendar (it opens on today and tomorrow), filters by stage and by payment, and a card of the period with the stages and what is unpaid. An order has a stage (New → In progress → Done, or Cancelled, or your own names), payment (unpaid, partly paid, paid, with amount and method), items, date and time, address, a reminder, the assignee and a history of changes. An order an agent created or changed is marked Not confirmed and shows Confirm.
- Services and prices — the price list: items with a price or a from–to range, unit, duration and an Active switch. The agents quote prices from here and nowhere else.
- Documents — the business archive by folder (contracts, invoices & completion certificates, tax, registration, suppliers, HR, licences…), search and sort, expiry reminders, Do not let the agent read this, and Deleted, where a document waits before it is erased for good.
- PDF templates — Templates for Invoice, Completion certificate, Certificate, Report and Letter, and, when you have them, Your templates and Your forms — blanks Marc reproduced from your own files. A template holds your details, bank block, numbering, a note, the signatory, a logo, a signature drawn with a finger and a stamp; Create PDF shows the empty blank. A form's page shows the fields Marc fills in, the source document and when it was last used; the blank itself is changed by asking Marc in the chat.
Alice — AI marketer
- Photo generation — a switch, the first row of Alice's tools, on every plan (off — Alice uses only your own photos).
- Social media — NETWORKS YOU CONNECTED (tap one for its posts on the Published tab of Posts, Reconnect or Disconnect), AVAILABLE TO CONNECT: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, and AGENT SETTINGS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA: Social media plan (below), Access to comments, Notify about publications.
- Social media plan (in Social media, the first row of its agent settings; on every plan) — Plan is active, Posts per week, the plan text (Write the plan or Draft the plan with the agent), NETWORKS THE AGENT RUNS; the caption under the plan says what runs now — with Autonomy on (Business and Professional plans) Alice publishes by the plan herself; with it off, and on Start, she prepares the posts and sends each one to you for approval. A plan agreed with Alice in the chat arrives as a plan card; its Approve saves it here and turns it on, and the button of a Delete plan card deletes it.
- Posts — two tabs. Scheduled: every post after Publish, and everything Alice schedules herself, in its own block, exactly as it will look on its network, grouped by day, with its state: Preparing to publish, Scheduled, Publishing…, Published (published posts stay for 30 days). Until a post goes out — Edit (opens the chat with Alice: the text and time change at once, a new photo or video comes as a new post card whose Publish cancels the earlier post, and a post still being prepared goes back to its card) and Cancel. A calendar marks the days with posts and a row of network chips filters them; tapping a block opens the post. Published: the whole history by network; a post's page shows the media, the text for each network, the first comment, publication settings, statistics per network and Delete publication where the network allows it.
- Materials — the photos, videos and files you gave the agents and what they made: All, Photos, Videos, Audio, Files, Created by the agent, Deleted. Add files with “+”; open a photo or video and choose Save in its menu to save it to your phone.
- Montage studio (Business and Professional plans; on Start it is shown with a lock and a Change plan card) — STUDIO TOOLS: Video generation (a switch), Brand style, My video rules.
- Brand style (in Montage studio) — LOGO (Choose a logo, Change the logo, Remove the logo), COLOURS (Main colour, Accent colour), FONT (From the style or one of the fonts) and STYLE (Agent’s choice, Bold, Clean, Elegant, Playful, Minimal) — what every designed post and video uses.
Settings
At the top: your photo and name, then the team card — one row per agent with its role (or switched off); a row opens the agent's page. Then:
- Personal information — photo, first and last name, date of birth, gender, and your phone numbers: personal, operator and business.
- App language — English, French, Russian or Ukrainian, for the interface and notifications. In the chat the agents reply in the language you write in. Cindy starts an incoming call in the language of the caller's country, judged by the number; your own language for calls and call notes is the one you write to the agents in, and the app language only until you have written to them (see Languages).
- Account:
- Notifications — message notifications, sound, and preview (full text, contact name only, no preview);
- Security — PIN (with Recovery codes) and App lock on one screen, with the difference between them explained;
- Data & storage — storage used, the included and paid parts, and what takes up space: photos, videos, files, audio, business documents, agent media;
- Delete account and Log out.
- Team (Business and Professional plans; on Start, or without a subscription, the row shows a lock) — Team members (up to 3 on Business, up to 10 on Professional): a block for each person with their initials, position and status, open orders, orders done and calls (or actions) over the last 7 days, credits spent this month against their limit, and their last sign-in. Add a team member opens the New team member form with a three-step bar: (1) first and last name, position, date of birth, gender, Deputy administrator (Professional), the four agents (Leo always) and the person's duties → Choose access rights (Leo is choosing the rights); (2) Access rights — the person with their initials, No credit limit (on by default; off — a monthly limit from 1,000 to 20,000 credits), the agent blocks as Leo set them, with his advice under an agent the work needs, and Cindy's number → Add a team member; (3) the Access code with Share (a ready message with the steps and the link to download the app) and Copy, how to sign in, and Done. A person's card: a summary — role and position, spend limit and, for each of their agents, what they may do — with Change, which opens their personal details as in the form, Duties, Role with the seat price of each, Spend limit (No credit limit or a limit from the list) and Agents and access, all saved together with the save button at the top: a block for each agent with its photo, name and role and a switch for whether this person works with it (Leo has no switch — For everyone: chat, search, reminders), and under it the agent's functions: Leo — Edit the business profile; Marc — Whole business, Money, Business documents, Edit services and prices; Cindy — the business line number (No number or one of your Weyvox numbers; with none free, No number available — buy a number) and, with a number, Incoming and Outgoing; Alice — Social media, with the business's networks to tick under it, and Montage studio; under every agent — Autonomy. On Start, Montage studio and Autonomy show a lock. Then the Access code (Share, Copy, Reset code), Activity, last 7 days and Delete team member (access ends at once and the seat subscription is cancelled). A person beyond the plan's limit is marked Paused, with Keep active. A deputy administrator sees this page and changes team members' functions; adding and removing people stays with you.
- Balance & usage — in credits: one balance, for example 6,000 / 11,500 credits (what you have now out of the month's total), with a bar of what has been used and until when the plan credits are valid; then spending day by day; each day lists the operations with the agent and the person behind each one.
- Top up balance — the same balance and the rules of credits, and packs of +500, +1,000, +2,000, +5,000, +10,000 or +20,000 credits, bought while the subscription is active; the store price includes your country's taxes. Without an active subscription, paid features pause and the button leads to Subscription. Below — PAYMENT HISTORY: your payments with date and amount (subscription, top-ups, number purchases and fees, team member seats); a payment made on weyvox.com has Invoice (PDF) under it, which opens the invoice in your company's name.
- Subscription — the three plan cards (Business marked Recommended) opened on yours (Your plan, Cancel subscription — for a subscription bought on weyvox.com too; Choose this plan on the others, or Switch to this plan when your subscription was bought elsewhere — the new plan starts at once and we stop the previous one: a weyvox.com subscription is cancelled, a Google Play one stops renewing; while an App Store subscription still renews, the cards say instead to cancel it on the iPhone first), Cost simulator (a switched-off agent's block is grey — Agent switched off), the restore purchases link, Manage subscription; below them Active subscriptions: a block for each operator number and each team member seat — the name, a short description, the status with the next charge, the monthly fee and Settings. A number's settings open its Operator number page; a seat's open Team seat: the person, the subscription (status, monthly fee, next charge, paid from the account balance), the service (role, position, agents, line number, spend limit), the spending (this month against the limit, the last 7 days, the seat fee), Card in “Team” and Delete team member, which also cancels the seat subscription.
- Your data and AI — the agreement you sign: which data each AI company (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and the services Telnyx (calls, SMS) and Outstand (social media) receive and why, how it is protected, your rights and links to the documents. At the bottom: Confirm and sign (after scrolling to the end), then Signed with the date and Withdraw consent. A dot on the row means it is not signed.
- About Weyvox — what Weyvox can do; at the bottom of the page: FAQ, Community Rules, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The call screen
Buttons: Speaker, AI agent, Mute, End, Keypad.
- AI agent hands the conversation to the agent. A panel above the buttons says who is speaking. While the agent speaks, the other party hears only the agent and your microphone does not reach the line; Take over the call gives it back to you, Hand the call to the agent returns it to the agent.
- On a call the agent is making, the keypad is off: the agent presses the keys of phone menus itself.
- The back arrow at the top shrinks the call to a mini card so you can use the app; a call the agent answered for you appears as the same mini card, from which you can listen, take over or end it.
- Incoming calls ring on the phone's own call screen, including from the lock screen.
The team member's app
A team member signs in with the access code and gets the same app as the administrator; what it shows depends only on their rights:
- Calls — only with Cindy and a business line number of their own;
- Results — only with Money, within their scope;
- Weyvox — chats with Leo and the agents the administrator assigned to them;
- Settings — their position under their name; the team card with the pages of their agents (without Agent at work), each with only the tools their rights open: Marc — Customers and Customer orders (their own, or the whole business with Whole business), Documents (with Business documents) and Services and prices (with Edit services and prices); Leo — Business profile (with Edit the business profile); Cindy — Contacts, Agent voice and, with a line of their own, Call history and the Keypad (with Outgoing); Alice — Materials, Posts (with Social media) and Montage studio (with Montage studio). Below: Personal information, App language, Account (its Delete account deletes their team member account and takes them out of the team), My usage and, with a spend limit, Ask for more, Your data and AI and About Weyvox.
A deputy administrator's app also has Team and the business's settings — the agents' settings, templates, the calendar and the social media screens — but never the subscription, balance, top-ups, numbers or goals; a team member's app has none of these. There is no separate Orders tab: orders are on Marc's page. If the administrator assigns someone to an order, they get a notification, and every stage they change is visible to the administrator with their name in the order's history.
